This privacy policy explains how Quranic Excellence Academy ("we", "us") collects and uses personal information when you visit our website or contact us about online Quran classes.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: when you fill in the free trial form or contact us, we collect your name, phone/WhatsApp number, email address (optional), country, the learner's age, course and teacher preference, preferred time and any message you write.
- Technical information: our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) for security and troubleshooting.
- Cookies and analytics: only if you click "Accept" on our cookie banner, we load Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising. If you decline, these tools are not loaded.
How we use your information
- To arrange your free trial and classes, and to reply to your questions
- To schedule lessons and send reminders or progress updates
- To improve our website and measure our advertising (only with your consent)
We do not sell your personal information.
Legal basis (UK/EU visitors)
We process your enquiry details because you asked us to contact you (steps prior to a contract) and, for analytics and advertising cookies, on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
Children
Classes for children are booked by a parent or guardian. Please do not let children submit the form themselves. Parents are welcome to attend their child's lessons.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us run the academy (for example our web host, email provider, WhatsApp and video-call platforms, and, with consent, Google and Meta), or when required by law.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and arrange classes, and student records for as long as you study with us and a reasonable period afterwards. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
