These terms apply to online Quran classes provided by Quranic Excellence Academy. By booking a trial or paying for a plan you agree to them.

1. Free trial

New students can take three free one-to-one trial lessons. No payment details are required for the trial.

2. Plans and payment

Families in India pay in Indian rupees: Monthly (₹3,000 per month), 6 months (₹15,000, equal to ₹2,500 per month) and 1 year (₹27,000, equal to ₹2,250 per month). Families in all other countries pay in US dollars: Monthly ($45 per month), Six months ($240, equal to $40 per month) and Yearly ($420, equal to $35 per month). Each plan includes 30-minute one-to-one classes, five days a week. These are the regular fees. Until 30 October 2026 the offer fees are Monthly $29, Six months $159 and Yearly $299, and students who join before that keep the offer fee for their whole course. Fees are paid in advance for the billing period.

3. Scheduling and missed classes

Class times are agreed between the student and the academy. Please give at least a few hours' notice if you cannot attend; we will try to arrange a make-up class. Classes missed without notice may not be rescheduled. If a teacher misses a class, a make-up class will be offered.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can stop a monthly plan at any time before the next billing date. For six-month and yearly plans, please contact us to discuss cancellation; any refund for unused months is at the academy's discretion.

5. Conduct and safety

Students and teachers must behave respectfully. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children during online classes and are welcome to attend. Lessons must not be recorded or shared publicly without consent.

6. Technology

Students need a working device and internet connection. We are not responsible for lessons lost because of the student's own connection problems.

7. Changes

We may update prices or these terms with reasonable notice. Contact us at info@quranicexcellencenceacademy.com with any questions.
