What to put in your first message
A message like the one below gets you a useful answer in one reply instead of five:
Assalamu alaikum. I am in Manchester (UK time). My son is 7 and knows a few letters. We would like Noorani Qaida, weekdays after 5 pm, any teacher. Can we book the free trial?
- The city or time zone you are in.
- Who is learning, and their age.
- What they can already read, roughly.
- Two or three times that suit you.
- Whether you want a female teacher.
Changing times, pausing and cancelling
Life changes: new school terms, Ramadan, travel, exams. Message support with what you need and we will confirm the change in writing. Give at least a few hours' notice if you will miss a class, and we will try to arrange a make-up lesson. If a teacher misses a class, a make-up lesson is offered. Message support on WhatsApp with the new times you would like. We confirm before anything changes, so your current slot stays until then.
How do I pause or cancel?
