Online Quran Classes for Kids

Patient, encouraging one-to-one lessons that help children read the Quran correctly and love learning it, from home and at a time that suits your family.

Why one-to-one classes work so well for children

Children learn at very different speeds. In a group class the quieter child is often left behind and the quicker child gets bored. In a private lesson the teacher adapts every minute to your child: more repetition when a letter is difficult, a new challenge when they are ready, and plenty of praise along the way.

What your child will learn

  • Noorani Qaida: Arabic letters, sounds and joining
  • Quran reading (Nazra): reading fluently from the Mushaf
  • Tajweed: correct pronunciation, introduced gently for their age
  • Short surahs and duas: memorising what they need for Salah and daily life
  • Salah and basic Islamic manners: wudu, prayer steps, Kalimas and good character

Lessons designed around children

Right lesson length

30 minutes is long enough to make progress and short enough for young children to stay focused.

Encouragement first

Teachers praise effort, celebrate milestones and keep the atmosphere warm and positive.

Female teachers

Many parents prefer a female teacher for young children and girls. Just tell us when you book.

Parents involved

Sit in on lessons, get practice tips and regular honest feedback on progress.

What is the right age to start?

Most children are ready between 4 and 6, when they can sit and focus for about 15 to 20 minutes. Older children who missed an early start do very well too. Read our guide on the right age to start Quran classes for readiness signs.

Safety and comfort

Lessons take place on a video call that you set up on your family device, so you stay in control. We recommend that children study in a shared family space, and parents are always welcome to watch.
