How the 3-day free trial works

  1. You send the form or a WhatsApp message. Tell us who is learning, their age, the course if you know it, and two or three times that suit you in your local time.
  2. We reply to confirm. We suggest a teacher and a start time, in your time zone, and agree which video app you will use.
  3. Lesson 1: the teacher listens. Most of the first lesson is finding out where the learner really is. Some people know the letters, some do not, some read but with habits that need fixing. Nobody is tested or judged.
  4. Lesson 2: a real lesson. Revision of lesson one, a small new step, and practice. This is what every lesson after the trial looks like.
  5. Lesson 3: decide. By now you know the teacher, the time and whether the internet holds up. You decide whether to continue.

What to have ready

  • A phone, tablet or laptop with a camera and microphone. A bigger screen makes the page easier to follow.
  • Earphones or headphones with a mic, so the teacher hears the learner clearly.
  • A quiet spot. For children, a shared family room rather than a bedroom.
  • A Noorani Qaida or Mushaf if you have one. If not, the teacher can share the page on screen.
  • For young children, a parent nearby for the first lesson. You are welcome to stay for every lesson.

After the trial

If you continue, lessons stay at 30 minutes, one-to-one, five days a week, usually with the same teacher and time as the trial. Fees depend on where you live: families in the UK, USA, Canada and Australia pay in US dollars, families in India in rupees and families in the UAE in dirhams. See pricing for current plans and the offer that runs until 30 October 2026.

If you do not continue, you do not need to do anything. There is no card on file, so nothing is charged. A short message telling us why helps us improve, but it is optional.

If something is not right

Tell us during the trial, not after. If the time does not suit, we look for another slot. If the teacher is not a good fit, for example you would prefer a female teacher, or a teacher who explains more in Urdu, Hindi or English, ask and we will try to arrange it.

FAQ

Free trial questions

Do I need a card for the free trial?

No. The three trial lessons need no card and no payment details. You pay only if you decide to continue.

Is the free trial really three full lessons?

Yes. Three live one-to-one lessons of 30 minutes, usually on three days in a row, with the teacher you would continue with.

Can I try a female teacher?

Yes. Choose Female teacher on the form. If you want, you can say you would like to try a different teacher after the first lesson.

Can two children both take a trial?

Yes. Each child gets their own trial lessons. Mention both on the form or on WhatsApp.

What happens after the third lesson?

We ask how it went. If you want to continue, we share the plan options and keep the same teacher and time. If not, that is the end of it: no charge and no follow-up pressure.

Which app do you use?

A common video app such as Zoom, Skype or Google Meet, on a phone, tablet or computer. We agree the app with you before the first lesson.
