In many Indian homes the question is not whether a girl should learn Quran, but who will teach her. The nearby madrasa may only have a male teacher, the ustani in the neighbourhood may have moved away, and sending a young girl out every evening is not always practical. An online female teacher solves that without anyone leaving home.
Classes are live and one-to-one, 30 minutes a day, five days a week, fixed in India time (IST). Explanations can be in Urdu, Hindi or English. The first three classes are free.
Our female teachers include Ayesha and Eman, who are introduced with their experience on the About page.
Female teachers are available around the clock, so you choose the time and we fit the lesson to it.
Timings in IST
India is half an hour ahead of Pakistan time and never changes its clocks, so once your slot is set it stays put all year. Times women and families often ask for:
| Learner | Times often requested (IST) |
|---|
| School-going girls | 4:30 to 8:00 pm, after tuition |
| Housewives and mothers | 10:30 am to 1:00 pm, once children are at school |
| College students | Early morning, or 8:00 to 10:00 pm |
| Working women | After 8:00 pm, or weekend mornings |
These are common requests only. Female teachers are available at any time of day, so pick the slot that suits your home and we confirm on WhatsApp.
For girls with board exams and coaching
Class 10 and 12 board years are heavy, and many girls also attend coaching. We would rather a student keeps going lightly than stops for a year and forgets. During board exams the teacher can switch to short revision-only lessons, then pick up the normal pace afterwards.
What she can learn
Families in India often start with Noorani Qaida or Yassarnal Quran. If you are unsure which, read Yassarnal Quran or Noorani Qaida.
Fees in rupees
All Indian packages are in rupees and the fee is the same with a male or female teacher.
